Ground Transportation

We have negotiated ground transportation at a rate of $35 per person (each way) including tip and tax from Denver airport to the Hyatt.  To schedule transportation and receive the discounted rate, please email Bonni@StellarMeetings.com with your flight information no later than July 24th, 2012.

Car Rentals

Beginning mid-May Denver Airport is undergoing a two year construction project. This may delay some of your movements once you arrive at the Denver airport, and will require some buffer time on your departure. The Denver transit authorities suggest that if you are renting a car you add at least one hour to your travel time as car rental offices will be temporarily moving car rentals offsite. Please also note that there is a Hertz counter on site at the Hyatt if anyone needs a car during their trip.
